سياسة الخصوصية — AB Software

AB Software هو موقع برامج امجد سامي حسين بدر احمد (Amjad Samy Hussien Badr Ahmed)، المعروف باسم Amjad Badr. تشرح هذه السياسة الموقع وبرنامج AB Sync Manager. أي برنامج آخر قد يحتاج إفصاحًا إضافيًا عن بياناته. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: amjadsamy@yahoo.com.
البيانات والصلاحيات
عند ربط حساب يختاره المستخدم، يتعامل AB Sync Manager مع محتويات الملفات والمجلدات وأسمائها ومساراتها وأحجامها وتواريخها وبيانات المقارنة، ومع معرّفات الحسابات والوجهات ورموز الدخول وتجديدها اللازمة للاتصال. الوصول يظل محدودًا بصلاحيات الحساب المتصل.
Google Drive: الصلاحية الكاملة drive تسمح بعرض وإنشاء وتعديل وحذف الملفات المتاحة للحساب، لدعم المقارنة والنسخ والمزامنة على المجلدات الموجودة أو الروت. خيار drive.file، إن استُخدم، يقتصر على الملفات المتاحة للتطبيق تحت ذلك النطاق. Microsoft Graph: Files.ReadWrite.All للوصول إلى الملفات المتاحة للمستخدم في OneDrive ومكتبات SharePoint، وSites.Read.All لاكتشاف وقراءة المواقع المتاحة، وUser.Read للتعرّف على الحساب، وoffline_access لتجديد الدخول وتشغيل المهام المصرّح بها.
الغرض والنقل
تُستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الوظائف التي يختارها المستخدم: مقارنة الملفات والنسخ والنسخ الاحتياطي والمزامنة ونقلها ومعالجة أخطاء التشغيل. يعمل البرنامج على جهاز المستخدم ويتصل مباشرة بمزوّدي التخزين. عند اختيار وجهة أخرى، قد تُنقل محتويات الملفات وبياناتها إلى تلك الوجهة وفق إعدادات المهمة. لا يشغّل الناشر سيرفرًا وسيطًا لاستقبال ملفات البرنامج أو بيانات الدخول.
لا تُستخدم بيانات Google أو Microsoft للإعلانات أو بيع البيانات أو تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة. لا يطّلع الناشر على محتويات ملفات المستخدم عبر اتصال البرنامج. ما يرسله المستخدم عمدًا إلى الدعم يُعالج لحل طلبه، ويجب إزالة الأسرار والمعلومات غير اللازمة قبل إرساله.
التخزين المحلي والتحكم
تُحفظ إعدادات المهام والاتصالات ورموز الدخول والسجلات وبيانات المقارنة محليًا. قد يستخدم البرنامج مجلدًا مشتركًا على الجهاز، مثل C:\AB Sync Manager أو مجلد ProgramData؛ وقد يستطيع مستخدمو الجهاز الآخرون الوصول إليه بحسب صلاحيات Windows. قد تتضمن السجلات أسماء ومسارات الملفات وأخطاء التشغيل. لا تعني هذه السياسة أن كل الملفات المحلية مشفّرة أو أن إزالة البرنامج تمسح كل البيانات تلقائيًا.
تبقى البيانات المحلية وفق إعدادات البرنامج وتنظيف المستخدم لها. يمكن إلغاء وصول التطبيق من إعدادات حساب Google أو Microsoft، وإزالة الاتصال وبياناته المحلية عند عدم الحاجة إليه. أوقف المهام التي تعتمد على الاتصال قبل إزالته. إلغاء الوصول لا يمسح الملفات التي سبق نسخها؛ حذفها يخضع للمستخدم ومزوّد الوجهة وسياسة الاحتفاظ الخاصة به. اتصالات مزوّدَي Google وMicrosoft تستخدم HTTPS؛ حماية الجهاز والوجهات الأخرى تعتمد أيضًا على إعداداتها.
الحذف والمزامنة
قد تستبدل المزامنة الملفات أو تحذفها. عند جعل الروت وجهة لمهمة Mirror، قد تُحذف الملفات والمجلدات الزائدة داخل نطاق المهمة إذا لم تكن موجودة في المصدر. احتفظ بنسخة مستقلة من البيانات المهمة وراجع الإعدادات قبل التشغيل.
الموقع والدعم
عند زيارة الموقع، تتعامل الاستضافة وخدمات الشبكة مع معلومات الاتصال الفنية اللازمة لتقديمه وحمايته، مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب والمتصفح والصفحة المطلوبة. قد يستخدم WordPress ملفات ارتباط وظيفية، خصوصًا عند تسجيل دخول إدارة الموقع. بيانات مراسلات الدعم تُعالج بواسطة مزوّد البريد وتُحتفظ بالقدر اللازم لمتابعة الطلب والالتزامات المعمول بها. يمكنك طلب حذف مراسلاتك من الناشر عبر البريد أعلاه؛ لا يشمل ذلك بيانات يحتفظ بها المزوّدون وفق سياساتهم أو بيانات على جهازك.
بيانات Google وتحديث السياسة
يلتزم استخدام ونقل المعلومات المستلمة من Google APIs بسياسة Google API Services User Data Policy، بما فيها متطلبات Limited Use. يقتصر نقل البيانات على الوظائف الظاهرة التي يطلبها المستخدم أو الحالات المسموح بها في تلك السياسة. ستُحدّث هذه الصفحة عند تغيير ممارسات البيانات، وسيُطلب تفويض جديد قبل توسيع الوصول أو استخدام البيانات لغرض جديد يتطلب موافقة.

Data and permissions
When you connect an account, AB Sync Manager processes file contents, folder and file names, paths, sizes, timestamps, comparison data, account and destination identifiers, and authentication and refresh tokens needed for the connection. Access remains bounded by the connected account’s permissions.
Google Drive: the full drive scope supports viewing, creating, modifying and deleting accessible files for comparison, backup and synchronization of existing folders or a drive root. The optional drive.file mode limits access to files available to the app under that scope. Microsoft Graph: Files.ReadWrite.All covers files accessible to the signed-in user in OneDrive and SharePoint document libraries; Sites.Read.All supports discovering and reading accessible sites; User.Read identifies the account; and offline_access supports renewed access and authorized scheduled jobs.
Purpose and transfers
Data is used for user-selected file comparison, copying, backup, synchronization, transfers and troubleshooting. The app runs on your device and connects directly to storage providers. If you choose another destination, file contents and metadata may be transferred there according to your job settings. The publisher does not operate an intermediary server receiving application files or authentication credentials.
Google and Microsoft user data is not used for advertising, data sales or training general-purpose AI models. The publisher does not read your file contents through the app connection. Information you deliberately send to support is used to address your request; remove secrets and unnecessary personal information before sending it.
Local storage and control
Job settings, connections, tokens, logs and comparison records are stored locally. The app may use a machine-wide folder such as C:\AB Sync Manager or ProgramData. Other users of the device may have access depending on Windows permissions. Logs may include file names, paths and operational errors. This policy does not claim that all local data is encrypted or that uninstalling automatically deletes it.
Local retention depends on application settings and your cleanup. Revoke access in Google or Microsoft account settings and remove the connection and local records when no longer required. Stop dependent jobs before removing a connection. Revocation does not delete previously copied files; their deletion and retention depend on you and the destination provider. Google and Microsoft connections use HTTPS; device protection and other destination protocols also depend on their configuration.
Deletion and synchronization
Synchronization may overwrite or delete files. A Mirror job targeting a drive root may delete extra files and folders within the job’s scope when they are absent from the source. Keep independent backups and review your configuration before running jobs.
Website and support
Hosting and network services process technical request information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as IP address, request time, browser and requested page. WordPress may use functional cookies, especially for administrator sign-in. Support correspondence is processed by the email provider and retained as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. You may request deletion of publisher-held correspondence at the address above. This does not remove data held by providers under their own policies or data on your device.
Google API data and changes
AB Sync Manager’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Transfers are limited to prominent user-requested features or exceptions permitted by that policy. This page will be updated when data practices change; new authorization will be requested before expanding access or introducing a new purpose that requires consent.
