الملكية والترخيص

البرنامج وكوده الأصلي وبنيته وواجهته ووثائقه وأيقوناته ومواد إصداره أعمال مملوكة لصاحب الحقوق، باستثناء حقوق وترخيص مكونات الطرف الثالث والحقوق التي يحفظها القانون للغير. الاستخدام مسموح فقط بقدر التفويض الكتابي الصريح من صاحب الحقوق. زيارة الموقع أو إتاحة نسخة للتجربة أو التنزيل لا تمنح تلقائيًا ترخيصًا بالنسخ أو التعديل أو التوزيع أو إعادة الترخيص أو الهندسة العكسية أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة، إلا بموجب اتفاق مكتوب أو حق لا يجوز تقييده قانونًا. يحكم LICENSE.txt المرفق والاتفاق المكتوب الخاص بنسختك تفاصيل الترخيص.

مكونات الطرف الثالث

المكونات والأدوات الخارجية تبقى خاضعة لتراخيصها المستقلة المبينة في THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. أسماء Google وMicrosoft والخدمات الأخرى تخص أصحابها، وذكرها لتوضيح التوافق لا يعني رعاية البرنامج أو اعتماده من تلك الجهات.

الاستخدام المصرح به والمزامنة

استخدم البرنامج فقط مع الحسابات والبيانات والوجهات التي تملك إذنًا باستخدامها، والتزم بسياسات المزوّدين وجهة العمل. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة Source وDestination والفلاتر والجدولة قبل التشغيل. عمليات النسخ والمزامنة والإصلاح قد تستبدل أو تحذف بيانات. مهمة Mirror إلى الروت قد تحذف الملفات والمجلدات الزائدة في نطاقها إذا لم تكن موجودة بSource. احتفظ بنسخ مستقلة من البيانات المهمة.

مرحلة التجربة والخدمات

إصدارات FIX قد تكون نسخ اختبار وتتغير وظائفها. ليس عرضها إعلانًا عن إصدار نهائي أو وعدًا باستقرار كل الوظائف. لا تتضمن هذه الصفحة عرض بيع أو اشتراكًا أو ترخيصًا مجانيًا عامًا. أي مقابل أو ترخيص خاص يخضع لاتفاق منفصل. مساحة التخزين ورسوم مزوّدي الخدمات وحدودهم وصلاحيات الشركات مستقلة ABOUT THE APPLICATION.

الضمان والمسؤولية

يُقدَّم البرنامج كما هو، دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما يشمل القابلية للتسويق والملاءمة لغرض معين وعدم التعدي، بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون. بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل المؤلف أو صاحب الحقوق مسؤولية مطالبات أو أضرار ناشئة عن استخدامه، بما فيها فقدان البيانات أثناء النسخ الاحتياطي والمزامنة والإصلاح. لا تلغي هذه الشروط حقوقًا إلزامية لا يمكن استبعادها قانونًا. لا يوجد التزام بمدة استجابة أو دعم أو توافر ما لم يُتفق عليه كتابةً.

الخصوصية والتحديثات

Ownership and license

The original application code, architecture, interface, documentation, icons and release materials are proprietary to the copyright owner, except for third-party component rights and rights reserved by applicable law. Use is permitted only to the extent expressly authorized in writing by the owner. Visiting this website or receiving a trial or download does not automatically grant rights to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works, except under a written agreement or a right that cannot lawfully be restricted. The supplied LICENSE.txt and any written agreement for your copy govern licensing details.

Third-party components

Independent components and tools remain governed by their own licenses listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Google, Microsoft and other service names belong to their owners. Compatibility references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Authorized use and synchronization

Use only accounts, data and destinations you are authorized to access, and comply with provider and organizational policies. Review sources, destinations, filters and schedules before running jobs. Copy, synchronization and repair operations may overwrite or delete data. Mirror jobs targeting a root may delete extra files and folders within the job scope if they are absent from the source. Maintain independent backups of important data.

Testing and external services

FIX releases may be test builds with changing functionality. Listing them does not promise a final release or stability of every feature. This page is not a sales offer, subscription or general free-use license. Any pricing or specific license is subject to a separate agreement. Storage charges, quotas, availability and organizational permissions are controlled separately by service providers.

Warranty and responsibility

The software is provided AS IS, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the author and owner are not liable for claims or damages arising from its use, including data loss caused by backup, synchronization or repair. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No response time, support level or availability commitment applies unless agreed in writing.

See the Privacy Policy for data handling and permissions. Updated terms will show their date here; they do not amend a separate written agreement outside its amendment process. Contact the copyright owner for licensing questions or written authorization.
